Your website looks fine.
But is it actually capturing leads?
Contact forms fail silently. Booking links rot. “Call now” buttons point to dead pages. Most businesses find out when a customer finally complains — or never. FormPing runs synthetic tests through every lead path on your site, every day, and alerts you the moment one breaks.
Free plan at launch · No credit card · You can only scan domains you own — that's by design.
“Online” is not the same as “reachable.”
Your hosting monitor tells you the site is up. Your analytics tell you people are visiting. But between “a visitor wants to contact you” and “you receive the message,” a dozen things can break — and none of them set off a single alarm:
- The contact form plugin updates and submissions silently stop
- The notification email lands in an inbox nobody checks anymore
- The booking widget breaks on mobile — where most of your visitors are
- A redesign leaves a CTA button pointing to a page that no longer exists
- The phone link dials the old number
You don't lose the customer loudly. You lose them quietly, one at a time, forever.
Catch it before your customer does.
Verify your domain
Add a DNS TXT record (same mechanism as Google Search Console). We test nothing until you prove ownership. This protects everyone — and it's why agencies trust us with client sites.
We run the tests
Our checker submits a clearly-labeled synthetic test lead through every form, dials every tel: link, and clicks every CTA and booking button — on desktop and mobile.
You get told, immediately
If a lead path breaks, you get an email (or Slack message) the same day. Every week you get a clean report: what we tested, what passed, what needs fixing.
Every path a customer can take to reach you.

A tool that submits test data to any website would be a weapon.
That's why FormPing only ever tests domains you prove you own. Your test submissions are synthetic, clearly labeled, and discarded after the test. No real customer data is ever touched, stored, or seen.
It's a little more setup than a “paste any URL” tool. It's also the only reason you can trust the results — and the reason this service can exist at all.

Frequently asked questions
+Is it safe? Will your tests spam my customers?
No. Every test uses synthetic data from our own test addresses (e.g. qa-test@formping.io), every notification generated by a test is clearly labeled as a test, and all test data is discarded immediately after the run. We never touch, store, or see real customer submissions.
+Why do I have to verify domain ownership?
Two reasons: it's what legally and ethically allows us to submit test data to a site, and it protects your competitors from using us against you. Only verified domains are ever tested.
+What happens if a test fails?
You get an alert the same day with exactly which path broke, what we submitted, and what response (or silence) came back — enough for you or your developer to fix it fast.
+Can my agency manage client sites?
Yes — the Agency plan is built for exactly that, with white-label reports you can hand to clients.
+Do you offer refunds?
Yes — 14 days, no questions asked, from your first paid charge. See our Terms of Service.
